Camellia oil is refined from camellia tree seeds. The procedure of producing camellia oil is: unshelling, drying, grinding, squeezing and filtrating, using purely physical methods. It is proved that Camellia oil has more than 90% unsaturated fatty acid, 80-83% oleic acid ,7-13% linoleic acid. It does not contain cholesterol, aflatoxins or other additives.
